Welcome to Dr. Yundong Huang's personal website. I am an assistant professor of management at Murray State University. My main research areas are organizational behavior, international management, and international business. My research interest also includes leadership, operational risk analysis, group decision. My friends call me William or Will as nickname. My hometown is Beijing, China. I obtained my BA in English w/ concentration in Finance & Business from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). I was enrolled in Ph.D. program at Texas A&M International Universityright right after my BA in SJTU. While I was in Ph.D. program, I took extra class and got my MBA puls Ph.D degree. I was as the instructor of Industrial Relations, Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior at Texas A&M International University. Currently, I am teaching International Management, Fundamental of Management, Organizational Behavior, and Seminars in International Management at Murray State University.
